Terms and Conditions for Registrations
Remember that your registration will only be confirmed when full payment has been received.
This form will be available until October 20, 2024 and payment can be made until that date in the following modalities:
PAYPAL – Online payment, all cards (no login required)
Access the platform by entering your information (email or phone number) and selecting the “Next” option, or choose the “Pay with debit or credit card” option to make a payment without registering (no account required).
Offline payment – Credit card – Visa / American Express
Access the platform by entering your information (email or phone number) and selecting the “Next” option, or choose the “Pay with debit or credit card” option to make a payment without registering (no user account required).
Bank Transfers
Payments made from abroad must include an additional amount of USD 50 for administrative expenses. Please contact maria.dominguez@grupoelis.com.uy to request the necessary details..
In person at the Congress venue
Available from October 22, 2024.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICIES
- All registration cancellations must be made in writing to the congress secretary (maria.dominguez@grupoelis.com.uy) before September 10, 2024. They will be refunded minus a 30% administrative fee.
- After the deadline, payments will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be made after the end of the congress by the same method of payment used by the participant when registering.
- If the refund has associated costs, these will be charged to the registrant.
