Punta del Este
Punta del Este, located on the Atlantic coast of Uruguay, approximately 140 km east of Montevideo (capital of the country), is an internationally renowned seaside resort city, known for its beautiful beaches, luxurious residences and high-end hotels. It is also known for its diversity of cultural and gastronomic proposals.
It is a year-round destination, offering all the comforts and all kinds of proposals such as
sailing, surfing, kite surfing, motor racing, polo, tennis, golf, tennis, experiences among wineries, vineyards and ecotourism alternatives by lagoons and coastal islands, to name a few examples.
Punta del Este’s most popular tourist attractions include Mansa beach and Brava beach, where the iconic monument known as “La mano” (the hand) emerges from the sand.
